Steve Hodgson

Managing Partner, FAX Real Estate

Steve Hodgson is a Managing Partner of Fax Real Estate and responsible for the overall growth, strategy and performance of the business. Mr. Hodgson previously spent 9 years at Slate Asset Management, where he was a Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Slate Office REIT. During his tenure, Slate Asset Management grew from $2 billion to $13 billion of assets under management, expanded globally, and generated outsized risk-adjusted returns. Prior to Slate, Mr. Hodgson spent 9 years with Oxford Properties Group, the real estate arm of OMERS, working in various investment and asset management roles.

Mr. Hodgson holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration, both from Queen’s University.
