Natesa Bourque is an Associate at FAX Real Estate and is responsible for the financial underwriting of investment opportunities, and will assist with business development, capital raising and investor relations. Ms. Bourque was previously an Analyst at Slate Asset Management and gained experience in development, investments, asset management, and capital markets.

While completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with specialization in Real Estate Management from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), Ms. Bourque held internships at Colliers, PSP Investments, Slate Asset Management and RioCan REIT.
