Ryan Caughey

General Counsel

Ryan Caughey is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of FAX Capital. Mr. Caughey also serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Federated Capital, a private single family office. Prior to his current role, Mr. Caughey was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Sentry Investments. Prior to joining Sentry in 2006, Mr. Caughey worked as an associate lawyer at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Toronto. Mr. Caughey obtained a bachelor of laws from Queen’s University in 2002 and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2003.
