Sean Driscoll is the Director & Co-Chief Executive Officer of FAX.  Mr. Driscoll is also the Co-CEO of Federated Capital, a private single family office.  Mr. Driscoll previously spent 10 years at Sentry Investments, where he was the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company’s Board of Directors.  He held various senior leadership roles the organization as it grew from $3 billion to $19 billion in assets under management becoming one of Canada’s largest independent investment management companies prior to being sold to CI Financial for $780 million.  Prior to joining Sentry, Mr. Driscoll worked at a leading Canadian investment bank where he worked on a broad range of financing transactions and merger and acquisition assignments.  

Mr. Driscoll holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) from McGill University.  He is a graduate of the Directors Education Program, jointly developed by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and has obtained the ICD.D designation.
