These businesses typically have high returns on capital and a long runway for growth, which allows our investments to compound at attractive rates for many years.

We invest in companies like owners. Developing an in-depth understanding of valuation, corporate strategy, capital allocation and competitive position is central to our process.

We seek to purchase businesses at an attractive price, particularly when measured against the yardstick of value to a private owner.
