Thierry Elmaleh is Vice President, Business Development at FAX Capital. Thierry has over 20 years of experience in financial services spanning investor relations, entrepreneurship, and business development. Thierry began his career in investment banking & has held progressively senior roles leading US equity sales & trading businesses for Canadian and global investment banks including BMO Capital Markets and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. After leaving the sell side in 2019, Thierry led investor relations for a publicly traded cannabis company in Canada, gained significant operational experience leading a technology start up within a larger investor relation focused fintech during its evolution from being privately held to becoming a publicly traded company & most recently led investor relations for a leading US based asset based lender. As a result, Thierry has worked extensively with family offices & institutional investors throughout his career. Outside of work you’ll find Thierry spending quality time with his 3 young children, on the golf course or at a Raptors game.

Thierry holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree, in Economics, from McGill University.
